The term "Accent" applies to Accent Elevated Photography and/or Accent Web Design.

Communication

Communication by email will be deemed as being as valid as communication in writing.

Acceptance of Quotation

Payment of deposit is deemed as acceptance of any Quotation.

Deposit

A deposit of up to 20% of the quoted or expected price may be required before work commences.

Delivery of Service

Accent will endeavour to complete the capture and production of the photography in a timely manner.

Travel Costs

Travel to a single site within our normal area is included. Travelling to sites outside this area may incur additional travel costs. When the location is distant enough to warrant accommodation, accommodation charges will be added. We will provide a quotation to you for same. If your site is outside the nominated area, please indicate this before payment of any deposit such that Accent can provide you with a quotation for any excess travel and/or accommodation costs, if any.

Access to Site

Accent needs to be provided reasonable legal access to the site, and reasonable time to perform the photography. Site visits are between 9AM and 5PM, Monday to Friday. Site visits outside these times are possible if a mutually acceptable time can be arranged, but will incur an additional charge. Accent will exercise all due care when on site but accepts no responsibility for any accidental damage or injury.

Shooting conditions

Accent will endeavour to capture images in the best possible lighting conditions within the constraints of access provided to the site. Should access be limited to a particular time, and you are not satisfied with the result due to lighting or weather, Accent can not be expected to re-capture images without the aditional costs associated with additional site visit/s being added to the quoted price.

Equipment

Accent does not provide props or equipment such as furniture. We can only capture images of what is visible at the site at the time of the site visit.

Additional panoramas and images

Prices listed for additional panoramas and images are based on capturing same during the intial site visit.

Delivery

Upon completion of capture, you will be provided small scale images as proofs. Full size images will only be provided after payment has been made.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made Electronic Funds Transfer, Direct Deposit, cheque or cash. Accent cannot accept payments by Credit Card.

Copyright

You gain rights to images captured and supplied to you upon payment of the agreed fee to Accent Elevated Photography. Notwithstanding this, the said rights are subject to Accent Elevated Photography being allowed to use any such images for promotion of it's service/s. In using images for such promotional purposes Accent Elevated Photography will NOT identify the location of the subject of the photographs without your consent. Accent Elevated Photography will NOT have the right to sell any such photographs to a third party for any purpose whatsoever.

Other

Accent reserves the right to install within the data of an electronic image our business name and contact details.

VIRTUAL TOURS

Failure to Pay Invoice for Virtual Tour

Failure to pay the invoice by the due date may result in your Virtual Tour being disabled until payment is made. No compensation will be made for any period of time that the Virtual Tour is disabled.

Expiry

Any Virtual Tour hosted by Accent will be hosted for a maximum period of six (6) months from date of delivery of the completed Virtual Tour. Extension of this period can be negotiated with Accent.

Cancellation of Order

The deposit will be refunded less reasonable costs for work completed up to the time of cancellation. In the event of cancellation before more than $50 worth of work has been performed, $50 will be retained by Accent for administration costs.

Copyright

Once payment has been received, Accent implicitly confers full Copyright to you of the images captured for you.

Virtual Tour Copyright

Upon full payment for your Virtual Tour Accent will issue a license for you to link to the Virtual Tour produced for you. Accent retains the Copyright to all funcional code which makes up the Virtual Tour. A copy of the images that make up the Virtual Tour can be provided on CD for a nominal fee.

Virtual Tour Link

Accent reserves the right to place a link within the Virtual Tour to Accent's website.

Accent Logo

Accent reserves the right to place our logo on the face of a Virtual Tour.
